And it's the birthplace of the founder of Getting My Pretty Back.

Getting My Pretty Back officially welcomes the city of Detroit to its community of girlfriend gatherings, women supporting women, opportunities for growth mentally, spiritually, and physically.

Spider the Workshop

Join us April 9th 2016 for an amazing three hour interactive workshop focusing on the natural and amazing life of the Spider. This thought provoking, mind blowing observation into the life of the Spider will allow us to link her natural actions and attributes, and actions to the practices of womanhood. Spiders are both predator and prey. Spiders possess the unique ability to break their fall by spinning a web even in the midst of falling. Register not only to find out but to understand how we are able to apply the principles used by the Spider to improve our lives while we build new useful webs and become more cognizant of what we are fishing for and then practice only catching in our webs those gifting or attributes which will provide nourishment for our minds, bodies, and spirit.

Ants The Workshop...

Join us Saturday August 6th, 2015 as we once again delve off into the ,mysterious world of one of the tiniest creatures on the planet with the greatest impact. In this three hour interactive workshop series we look at the egg laying, hatching, birth, nutrients rich experience of the ant. We will compare and contrast the practical purposed life of the ant. She is always prepared because she works while others play. Travel with us on the magnificent journey of learning to apply the natural actions of the ant to your life and find your testimony will become that you have more than enough. The ant is ever present on every continent and recognized by every human. We cannot ignore the ant when she decide to make her presence known. Join me to learn how and when to apply these principles to your life experience.
